OPUS REAL ESTATE elevates the real estate brokerage profession by achieving outcomes far surpassing those using conventional approaches.  Clients hire agents and brokers as fiduciaries to represent their best interests — and, we believe no better agency relationship exists than that which accomplishes the home-seller's objectives like no other.

Throughout his career, both in management consulting and real estate brokerage, Albert B. Rogers has challenged conventional approaches in search of better solutions to important issues.  In real estate, he observed that many of the conventional methods of the industry often fell short of achieving their full potential for the client.  For instance, much of the basis for determining property value lacks precision and currency.  As a result, many home-sellers end up receiving less than the full fair market value for their property.  Mr. Rogers believes that by constantly improving on conventional methods, both the real estate brokerage industry as a whole and its home-seller clients will benefit immensely.  We look forward to having the opportunity to share our insights and approaches with you, and we thank you for your time in learning more about our firm, OPUS REAL ESTATE.

Mr. Rogers graduated With Distinction from Stanford.  He went on to work as a management consultant to many of the Fortune 500 helping them address significant business challenges including corporate strategy, competitive analysis, and marketing.  Later in his career, he applied his strategic planning and analytical skills to real estate as an agent and broker.

We believe that an individual's most important asset should be treated as a sacred trust by one's agent or broker.

We believe that success metrics within the brokerage business should focus not on quantity of sales but rather quality of sales

We believe that home-sellers must recognize that the selection of agent really does matter, and that sales outcomes can and will differ dramatically from one agent to the next
